The Living Heritage project reimagines a commercial – residential structure as a vibrant hub of retail, dining, and contemporary urban living. CDP International provided a comprehensive scope from pre-concept to redevelopment design, ensuring the project blends functional efficiency with architectural sensitivity.
The ground floor was designed for shops and restaurants, activating the street frontage and reinforcing pedestrian life. The upper floors were adapted into short-stay residences, offering hospitality-inspired layouts suitable for modern urban guests, including flexible Airbnb-style accommodations.
