The Market Hall project repositions a commercial structure within Jeddah’s historic district into a contemporary destination for dining and retail. CDP International provided a comprehensive design scope, with different alternatives, ensuring the building’s redevelopment would both respect its historic surroundings and meet modern commercial demands.
The program introduces restaurant tenants, service spaces, and flexible retail areas, creating an active ground floor that engages directly with pedestrian circulation in the district. Upper floors accommodate additional service functions and adaptable spaces for future tenants.
